Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. (TWEI) is a minority owned company that was incorporated in 1993, in Houston, Texas by Zeki A. Tolunay, P.E. and Daniel O. Wong, Ph.D., P.E., to provide quality engineering consultation, detailed geotechnical studies, foundation design and construction materials testing services. Since 1993, TWEI has grown from two full time employees, to a staff of over 165 engineers, scientists, technicians, geologists, hydrogeologists, and associated laboratory and support personnel.  Our geotechnical and materials testing laboratories are certified by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).

Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. was honored in 2001 and 2002 for its growth achievements by being named one of The Houston 100 ^®, a ranking of private businesses making the greatest economic impact on the Houston area.  We are also named as 2007 Houston 100 by the Houston Business Journal.

Our services include geotechnical and hydrogeological, materials engineering and construction materials testing, environmental consulting and engineering, waste management/regulatory and geological and geophysical engineering. We provide services for projects located throughout the Gulf Coast, nationally, and internationally.
